Hridoi is a young Investment Executive at Startup Bangladesh Limited, where he assists the Investment and Portfolio Management Team in conducting due diligence, developing financial models, and preparing investment memos for potential investments, as well as supporting post-investment growth. With a strong academic foundation, Hridoi graduated from North South University with a BBA in finance, which gave him comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis and management.

Hridoi worked for around a year at BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage Limited before taking on his current role. During his time with BRAC EPL, he developed expertise in the capital market, financial instruments, and settlement procedures, further refining his analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Hridoi is deeply committed to staying abreast of global economic developments, a passion that fuels his professional drive. In addition to his professional pursuits, he loves traveling to new places and finds music to be a creative outlet that balances his work life.
